Bristow & Sutor is seeking a certificated Enforcement Agent to cover a central London area including Southwark, Bermondsey, Camberwell, Hammersmith and surrounding boroughs. The role combines field duties with regulated enforcement activities for clients across diverse industries.

You will visit homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, collect payments, and manage cases while complying with enforcement regulations.

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Be free of CCJs and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise successful recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and assist with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when required, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate support pathways.
