Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking Enforcement Agents to cover South East London areas including Greenwich, Bexley Heath, Dartford, Croydon and Orpington. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with a clear path to earnings of £40,000–£65,000, plus a company car and fuel card.

Successful candidates will visit customers, negotiate recoveries, collect payments, assist with income questionnaires and, when needed, take control of goods in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to recover debts.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments and set up payment arrangements.
• Take control of goods when required, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer for support when needed.
• A full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
• Must be free of CCJs and have no criminal record.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire.
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records.
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship and ensuring referrals.
