Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities management in complex environments.
• 3+ years leading a facilities team.
• Experience in financial services or data centres.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Understanding of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee London office facilities operations daily.
• Manage critical infrastructure and power systems.
• Lead capital projects and office relocations.
• Develop SLAs with suppliers and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
