Job summary

Susquehanna International is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to lead the day‑to‑day workplace experience in our London office. You will partner with Facilities, IT, Security and vendors to deliver seamless services and a welcoming environment for employees, candidates and visitors.

You will own employee engagement initiatives, coordinate events and perks, and ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, or corporate events.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and ability to coach high‑performing teams.
• Strong vendor management and budget awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the London Employee Experience across the office, creating a welcoming, engaging environment.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, Security and vendors to deliver seamless services.
• Oversee events, perks, and programming from concept to execution.
• Manage office supplies, travel support for senior leaders, and space planning.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting and leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding and visitor experience.
