Otis Elevator Co. in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead volume installation and construction projects across the London territory, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will define objectives, coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors; ensure projects run on time and on budget, manage safety and quality risks, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with elevator and building trades.
• Safety is your top priority.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Self-reliant with computer and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Define project objectives and manage installations, supervising equipment and coordinating with stakeholders on- and offsite.
• Communicate and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects run on time and on budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors.
• Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, provide engineering support and improve profitability.
• Train and monitor safety, quality and operations of subcontractors.
