Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Field Manager to lead escalator installation, replacement and modernisation at London Underground and other rail environments. You will manage site operations, direct installation teams and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, rail industry experience and a solid understanding of installation methodologies, with SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS credentials preferred. [e-mail]

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing escalator installation, replacement or modernisation projects.
• Experience in rail, transport infrastructure or safety-critical environments.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers for project execution.
• Ensure activities comply with London Underground standards and regulations.
• Promote safety, quality and environmental standards across the site.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics to support delivery.
