Job summary

Otis is seeking a Construction Field Manager to lead escalator installation, replacement, refurbishment and modernisation projects across the London Underground and other rail environments. You will manage site operations, lead installation teams and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in escalator installation, replacement or modernisation projects.
• Strong knowledge of escalator construction methodologies and installation techniques.
• Experience in rail, transport infrastructure or other safety-critical environments.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Great communication skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure activities are delivered in accordance with London Underground standards, procedures and regulations.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Monitor project progress against programme milestones and implement recovery plans where required.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics to support project delivery.
