Job summary

A leading Critical Environments firm in London is seeking a Delivery Team Lead to oversee critical infrastructure maintenance within a major data centre. The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration Building Services, strong experience in data centres, and excellent problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will contribute to a proactive team and receive opportunities for upskilling and bonus returns. This role ensures safety, performance, and exceptional customer service while maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration Building Services.
• HV Authorised Person or ability to obtain AP status.
• Strong experience maintaining critical environments, ideally data centres.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM, reactive, and breakdown maintenance across all mechanical and electrical plant.
• Maintain and troubleshoot critical infrastructure, including UPS, generators, and HV systems.
• Work in accordance with high safety standards, completing Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
