Qualifications

• Strong technical and fault‑finding skills in mechanical services.
• Educated to City & Guilds or HNC level.
• Experience with BMS systems and business‑critical services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety and Permit to Work systems are administered.
• Conduct routine checks and record-keeping using maintenance tools.
• Liaise with and manage sub‑contractors effectively.

Skills

Technical and fault‑finding skills in mechanical services

Excellent administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Strong communication skills

Problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure

Customer focus

Education

Educated to City & Guilds or HNC level

Mechanical installation apprenticeship or equivalent

Knowledge of 18th Edition IEE regs and HV training
