Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Head of Projects to lead the London-based team delivering major projects. You will drive safety, manage risk, and ensure commercial targets and contracts are met while developing talent and maintaining client relationships.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in M&E, construction or critical environments, plus experience in winning bids and managing P&L, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering major projects in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing new project opportunities and running a P&L.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing bids, tenders and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe delivery of projects, manage risk and competence.
• Recruit and retain talent for current delivery and future growth.
• Develop and specify project opportunities and deliver contractual commitments.
• Ensure projects meet maintenance contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Oversee bids, tenders and proposals and drive sales to exceed plans.
