Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London is looking for a Head of Projects to own the unit's project plan and lead their teams to safely deliver projects. You will develop talent, secure opportunities, manage bids and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with commercial contracts.

This role emphasizes building client relationships, driving profitability, and mentoring staff while upholding CBRE governance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing new project opportunities.
• Proven experience running a P&L.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience creating, presenting and managing bids, tenders and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely through risk management and competence.
• Recruit and retain talent for present delivery and future growth.
• Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities.
• Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts.
