Qualifications

• Exceptional English language skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly and empathetically.
• Academic excellence with a technical degree or strong narrative showing alternatives.
• On-site requirement for the London office; ability to engage with local teams.
• Hands-on Linux and cloud familiarity, plus exposure to virtualization or container technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage support cases from qualification to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and regional peers to bridge code fixes and customer outcomes.
• Provide empathetic, clear customer engagement across remote sessions and live conversations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles to share lessons learned with the open-source community.
• Participate in regular weekend rotation to maintain continuity of care for partners.
