Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Project Coordinator for our London-based UK team to engage in clinical trial management on a day-to-day basis, with opportunities to work on international studies across oncology, cardiology, rare diseases and more.

This role will collaborate with operational teams to deliver tasks with accuracy, maintain CTMS records, and support study timelines and meetings. 1–3 years in clinical trials and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical trials experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in a health sciences or business setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Clinical Trial Manager for timely delivery of tasks.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within CTMS.
• Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Ownership of the Trial Master File.
• Create and maintain project timelines and enrolment projections.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
