Medpace is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager in London to lead day-to-day trial operations across Phases I–IV with a focus on oncology, cardiovascular, metabolic, or GI indications. Remote work flexibility is available for relevant experience, with a very competitive salary/bonus program and equity grants for associates.

The role requires 5+ years in CTM, CRO exposure, and strong leadership; experience managing timelines and vendor relationships is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in health or life or life sciences required.
• 5+ years of Clinical Trial Management experience, CRO experience preferred.
• Experience managing overall project timelines is expected.
• Bid defense experience is preferred; strong leadership skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP rules.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and training.
• Review study protocol, edit checks, data analysis plan and final report when applicable.
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment and execution.
• Oversee study vendors and site quality; supervise CRO personnel and monitoring.
