Job summary

Medpace in London seeks an Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) to join our Clinical Trial Management team. The role is full-time and office-based, working with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to support clinical trial administration and management.

Candidates with PhD in Life Sciences and English fluency will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment; CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences required.
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTMS.
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight and quality control of the internal regulatory filing system.
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
