Job summary

Material, based in London, seeks a Sr. Director, Client Partner to lead growth by winning new clients and deepening existing relationships across the digital, AI, and Martech landscape. You will engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, shaping engagements with a strong consulting mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive UK/Europe growth, own top accounts, and lead pursuits with a focus on commercial outcomes and measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing experience in digital consulting, martech, technology services, or related advisory environment.
• Full-stack digital fluency across AI/ML, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, digital experience, and marketing engagement.
• AI-forward mindset with ability to discuss disruption and strategic navigation for clients.
• Consulting experience preferred with problem-solving and shaping engagements.
• Credible with C-suite, capable of engaging CMOs, CDOs, and digital leaders with trust.
• Commercial sharpness for identifying, scoping, and closing growth opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for presentations, proposals, and executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across UK and Europe independently and with BD colleagues.
• Own a client portfolio as primary relationship lead and commercial owner.
• Build deep senior relationships with CMOs, CDOs, VP Marketing and transformation leaders.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts across AI, martech, cloud, data.
• Shape and lead pursuits from opportunity identification to close.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build differentiated proposals.
• Maintain pipeline discipline with forecasting and revenue accountability.
• Develop fluency across Material's portfolio connecting needs to consulting, tech, and data capabilities.
