Job summary

Material is seeking a Sr. Director, Client Partner in London to lead strategic client engagements across Martech, AI, and Digital Marketing. You will drive senior-level relationships, oversee growth across accounts, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact, commercially sound proposals.

You will build a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and partner with CMOs and digital leaders to align Material’s capabilities with client priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing experience in marketing services or martech consulting.
• Proven track record growing accounts and closing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with CMOs and digital leads.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new client relationships, independently or with colleagues.
• Lead the pursuit from scoping and proposals to close and onboarding.
• Own a portfolio of accounts, responsible for retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Build senior-level relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and billing oversight.
