Job summary

Howden is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage Workday configurations, support HR technology, and partner with global HR leaders. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality HRIS service, enabling change, and driving HR system improvements.

You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, reporting to the Global HRIS Team Lead in the UK. Hybrid working and career development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Good knowledge of Recruiting and other Workday modules.
• Excellent operational skills in processes, data analysis, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules; act as a functional and technical expert.
• Collaborate with HR teams on projects, changes and implementations.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases and scripts to ensure software quality.
• Lead release configuration and change management; document changes and approvals.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and support training for stakeholders.
