Job summary

Howden is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday configuration, testing, and release management for global HR operations. You will collaborate with HR leaders, implement changes, and drive process improvements across HR systems.

The role requires strong Workday HCM knowledge, analytical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Global HRIS Team Lead in the UK and contribute to global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday modules.
• Ability to document requirements and create use cases.
• Proven testing expertise with test plans and scripts.
• Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR Leaders and Centres of Expertise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration of Workday modules.
• Act as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users.
• Partner with HR Team on projects and changes.
• Support automation and process improvements across HR systems.
• Lead requirements gathering and communicate impact of changes.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts.
• Ensure changes are documented and approved per change policies.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and roadmap.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and maintain confidentiality.
