Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer, configure, and maintain Workday and related HR technology. The role delivers a comprehensive global Workday/HR technical service in line with SLAs and supports change and release management.

The successful candidate will have prior Workday embedding experience, and work with HR Leaders and Centres of Expertise on strategic HR initiatives. Reporting to the Global HRIS Team Lead in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Good knowledge of Recruiting and other Workday modules.
• Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products.
• Extensive experience in HRIS delivery and projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the configuration of Workday modules.
• Act as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users with their requests.
• Partner with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of HR projects & changes.
• Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems.
• Lead change and release management for Workday implementations and updates.
• Develop clear requirement documents, use cases, and functional specs.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate/configure changes with proper documentation and approvals.
