Job summary

Attribution Search seeks an experienced Loan Servicing / CLO Operations professional to join a London-based Operations team. You will own day‑to‑day servicing of syndicated loans and CLO portfolios through the full lifecycle, coordinating with PMs, investment teams and external counterparties.

The role features ownership over loan lifecycle events, reconciliations, and settlements, with a focus on accurate processing and issue resolution in a global platform environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across syndicated loan servicing and operations.
• Knowledge of primary and secondary loan markets, PAR loans preferred.
• Experience with CLOs or alternative credit portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day loan lifecycle events, interest, repayments, rollovers and amendments.
• Process loan transactions and cash movements, keeping records accurate.
• Support loan amendments, restructurings and facility changes across systems.
• Handle drawdowns and processing for committed/uncommitted facilities.
• Perform reconciliations of positions, cash and systems across platforms.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Support trade settlement and ensure accurate reflection in systems.
• Review notices and discrepancies to ensure correct processing.
