Qualifications

• Experience in CLOs or structured finance/ABS.
• Proficiency in CLO market software and Excel/PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with CLO issuers, senior execution team members, Syndicate, Sales, Legal Counsel, Rating Agencies and Investors throughout all deal phases.
• Participate in all aspects of deal execution including portfolio analysis, capital structure tranching /rating, documentation, negotiation and marketing.
• Develop knowledge of analytic tools and models required to size transactions for rating agencies.
• Assist in modelling CLO transactions for issuer and investor clients in various CLO tools.
• Monitor and prepare materials to update senior bankers with market information and trends.
