Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd, a leading organiser of B2B events, is looking for a Conference Producer to shape content for flagship shows. You will plan conference agendas, recruit industry speakers and manage their sessions from briefing to onsite delivery.

You’ll work with Marketing to promote sessions and ensure high-quality, data-driven content that aligns with event goals. A hybrid London-based role offers collaboration across content, marketing, operations and sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B conference production, event programming, editorial, media or events roles
• Strong research skills to identify trends and translate insights into conference content
• Ability to develop and manage content plans for events and conferences
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage industry stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans for allocated show features and refine speaker agendas
• Identify, engage and secure high-quality speakers and industry leaders
• Manage the end-to-end speaker journey including briefings and logistics
• Oversee onsite delivery of content features and ensure high attendee experience
• Develop Education Day content, recruit speakers and coordinate stakeholders
• Conduct research on industry trends to shape relevant content programmes
• Support Digital Content by working with Marketing to promote sessions and insights
