Job summary

Hyve is seeking a Conference Producer for CWIEME in London. You will manage content development, speaker acquisition, and editorial programmes across live and digital formats, collaborating with Senior Content Manager and internal teams.

The role requires strong research, copywriting and project management skills, plus willingness to travel internationally to grow and deliver first-class event content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial live event & digital content production experience.
• Experience in research, analysis and copywriting.
• Experience with webinar software to deliver webinars/online content.
• Experience leading content projects with stakeholders and developing new content propositions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking and interpret wider event strategies into content agendas.
• Project management across marketing, sales and operations to meet deadlines.
• Build industry relationships to support event goals.
• Write draft programmes from market feedback and advisor input.
• Oversee speaker acquisition for live shows and digital content.
• Collaborate with marketing to support content in campaigns.
• Copywriting for marketing teams and content programmes.
• Develop digital content for events via webinars and thought leadership articles.
• Maintain up-to-date website content with industry news and views.
• Ensure meticulous onsite delivery and exceptional customer service.
