Qualifications

• 18 months+ commercial conference production experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and leadership skills.
• Strong copywriting to create engaging conference content.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new topics.

Responsibilities

• Produce a number of international events per year.
• Research topics to build educational content for conferences.
• Create agendas and recruit C-level speakers.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Project manage events from concept to delivery and on-site execution.
• Travel domestically and internationally for conferences.
