Hyve in London (Hybrid) seeks a Conference Producer for Breakbulk to shape conference agendas, recruit high‑quality speakers and manage onsite delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to refine sessions and ensure a compelling content programme that resonates with industry leaders.

Role requires strong research ability, content planning, and collaboration with marketing, operations and sales to promote the conference and deliver an exceptional attendee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B conference production, event programming or editorial roles.
• Experience identifying and recruiting high-quality speakers for conferences.
• Ability to translate industry insights into engaging conference programmes.
• Proven track record in developing content plans for events and conferences.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering live events with a focus on attendee experience.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning: develop plans for show features and refine with stakeholders.
• Speaker Recruitment: identify and secure industry leaders for sessions.
• Speaker Management & Logistics: brief speakers and handle logistics.
• Onsite Delivery: manage sessions and ensure excellent attendee experience.
• Education Day: develop and deliver Education Day content and activities.
• Research & Programme Development: study industry trends to shape content.
