Job summary

Hyve Group is looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join Breakbulk and help shape conference programmes across our global events in the Breakbulk portfolio. You will develop content plans, recruit speakers, manage the end-to-end speaker journey, and oversee onsite delivery to ensure high-quality sessions and attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in B2B conference production, event programming, editorial, media or events roles.
• Strong research skills to identify trends and translate insights into content.
• Proven ability to develop and manage content plans for events and conferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with industry stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and managing speakers and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Team player who collaborates across content, marketing, operations and sales.
• Experience delivering live events and supporting digital content and marketing.
• Ability to evaluate content performance using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans for allocated show features and shape conference agendas.
• Identify, engage and secure high-quality speakers and industry leaders.
• Manage end-to-end speaker journey, briefing and logistics.
• Oversee onsite delivery of content features and ensure high attendee experience.
• Lead Education Day development, speaker recruitment and onsite delivery.
• Conduct research into industry trends to shape relevant content.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital content promoting sessions and speakers.
• Review performance data to refine content strategies.
