Allocator One is seeking an Associate, Growth & Intelligence in London to design and implement automation that speeds up fundraising and investor relations. You will enhance Ori, the company’s AI platform, and work closely with the IR team and founders to turn raw deal-flow data into actionable insights.

You’ll join a small, outputs-driven team that values hands-on automation, practical AI deployments, and direct exposure to senior leadership across private markets.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to automate real work.
• Proven ability to redesign messy processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Map how we actually work, identify automation opportunities, and build agents.
• Make Ori smarter with new capabilities and deeper integration.
• Streamline investor relations processes for faster LP touchpoints.
• Turn deal-flow data into actionable intelligence for the team and LPs.
• Collaborate with the IR team on LP relationships and follow-ups.
