Job summary

Allocator One is hiring an Associate to build the engine behind its AI-first investment platform. You’ll work directly with the founders, reporting to a Founding Partner, bridging investor relations, financial analysis, and technology.

Based in London or Vienna, this full-time role focuses on automating workflows, developing fund‑return models, and turning deal flow into market intelligence. You’ll own LP relationships end to end and help shape the LP portal.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills with ability to build and defend financial models.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools, including prompt/context engineering, to automate real work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus for the London base.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows that can be automated and build agents to do it.
• Build and defend fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
• Turn deal flow into market intelligence and insights before consensus.
• Shape the LP portal to showcase investors’ data, performance and intelligence.
• Own LP relationships end to end: onboarding, due diligence, follow-ups.
