Job summary

Artificial Societies is seeking a Founders Associate to operate at the heart of a fast-scaling startup in London. You will support founders directly, handling office operations, candidate screening, NDA reviews, and client logistics to enable product and growth focus.

This role offers exposure to finance, legal, hiring, and client delivery while you build an indispensable operational skill set. Equity options are available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and reliability in handling contracts, invoices, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Office & operations: manage office setup, equipment, cleaners, and supplies to keep the space running smoothly.
• GTM & client delivery support: coordinate client dinners, events, and meetings; manage scheduling to keep sales conversations focused on client discussions.
• Finance & accounting: liaise with accountants, handle receipts and insurances, manage invoicing and payments, maintain clean ledgers.
• People & hiring: support end-to-end hiring process, onboarding materials, and logistics for candidates and team.
• Legal, compliance & contracts: help adapt and manage contracts, review NDAs, draft employment agreements, and ensure right-to-work compliance.
