Fundflow is building the first AI-native investment bank for the innovation economy, and we're looking for an exceptional operator to help founders scale the company.

As Founders Associate you will work directly with the founders on market launches, investor materials, deal operations, and finance ops, rebuilding workflows for AI and removing admin from the role.

This high-trust, high-impact generalist role offers ownership from day one and a path into leadership as we scale across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in consulting, banking, or a fast-growing startup.
• Ability to design and improve operational frameworks.
• Experience with AI/LLMs to automate workflows.
• High trust and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Run strategic projects across the company from idea to production.
• Design operational frameworks for deal ops and finance ops.
• Automate workflows with AI and reduce manual work.
• Be the connective tissue across bankers, engineers, founders, and external partners.
