Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking an operations lead to own the end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences per year—venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.

You will plan, negotiate, and execute with calm under tight deadlines, manage a 40-person volunteer team, and work closely with the CEO and founder. Training is provided, and there is clear potential for internal promotion as the business grows.

Qualifications

• UK work permit is required.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and select suppliers for various event needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
• Coordinate with venues and on-site staff to ensure all logistical details are in place.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain inventory tracking and regularly update event inventory sheets.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person organisation of volunteers.
