Job summary

HarbourVest in London is seeking a hands-on technical manager to lead the End-user Support and Endpoint/Workplace Technology teams across EMEA. You will own service delivery, guide engineers, and contribute hands-on when needed.

The role requires managing incidents, changes, and cross-region collaboration to deliver a high-quality technology experience for employees worldwide while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in user support and endpoint maintenance.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS with Intune and Jamf.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, security and compliance.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and work across regions.
• ServiceNow experience in incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, and reporting.
• 8+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-user support across EMEA, London team, and global Endpoint team.
• Own incidents, executive issues, changes, and recurring problems.
• Set daily priorities, clarify ownership, deliver support and projects.
• Lead Workplace Technology services for collaboration and meetings.
• Lead endpoint management operations to keep devices secure and healthy.
• Collaborate with IT teams and suppliers across regions.
• Own service levels using data and feedback to reduce repeats.
