hiberus is seeking a London-based Delivery Manager to lead service delivery, operational performance, and improvements of clients' digital channels, including websites, APIs, and integrations. The role requires a proactive approach to service ownership, risk management, and strong customer relationships to evolve digital platforms, with readiness to visit customer facilities at Heathrow twice weekly.

Competenze

• 7+ years of IT experience with leadership of Application Management or Digital Platform Services.
• Experience managing business-critical 24x7 services.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Positively seen experience with agile methodologies.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Willingness to visit customer facilities at Heathrow airport 2 days/week.

Mansioni

• Own overall service performance, delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and hiberus.
• Coordinate maintenance and operations with development and evolution teams.
• Lead BAU operations, governance and service reviews.
• Coordinate major incidents, escalations and service recovery activities.
• Manage demand prioritisation, delivery planning and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and debt reduction.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities before impact.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery activities.
• Oversee mobilisation, transition, Early Life Support and knowledge transfer.
• Govern third-party vendors in the delivery ecosystem and monitor end-to-end performance.
• Monitor capacity, utilization and delivery efficiency metrics.
