Job summary

TBWA in London seeks a proactive Creative Awards & Relationships Manager to unite our creative community and oversee crucial relationships across Omnicom Advertising networks. You will contribute to award strategy, track talent for juries, and support campaigns across multiple regions.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across senior creatives. A flexible in-office presence three days a week is expected to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in creativity & project management
• 2+ years experience involving creative awards
• Excellent written & verbal English
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
• Experience working in or with Omnicom or global agencies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Being a key point of contact for OA networks for award shows and tracking talent for jury nominations
• Tracking OA networks' creative council processes
• Reporting and tracking results and supporting internal training sessions
• Lead jury nominations at OA level including briefings and judging support
• Identify and suggest talent for juries and maintain awards database
• Communicate results from award shows and maintain distribution lists
