Qualifications

• 5+ years in creativity and project management.
• 2+ years involving creative awards.
• Fluent English written & spoken; Portuguese or Spanish bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contact and knowledge centre for OA award shows, tracking submissions and maintaining an awards database.
• Deliver network-wide awards training and lead jury nominations for OA with team coordination.
• Stay updated on changes at major awards, maintain relationships with festivals and awards.
• Report results to the comms team and manage internal distribution lists.
