Job summary

Comcast is seeking a skilled engineer for the CTS Professional Services team in London, delivering integration-heavy solutions for UK, Europe, and APAC clients. You’ll work across the stack with a focus on data ingestion, custom integrations, and deployment automation within a hybrid London office.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and distributed engineering teams, leveraging Python, APIs, Java, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; candidates with related coursework/experience may be considered.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in integrations and development.
• Experience with cloud, CI/CD, and modern software development practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of customer-specific solutions and infrastructure with global teams.
• Review designs for scalability, reliability, security, and performance; improve workflows.
• Develop integrations and data ingestion capabilities for customer data and metadata.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines, including environment provisioning and release management.

The CTS Professional Services team works with our customers to build and deploy solutions that create engaging video experiences with our “Video Platform” product. We are responsible for getting our solution delivered to our UK, Europe, and APAC clients. We work with many types and styles of integrations as we work with our customers to integrate with their unique workflows and solve their business problems. We are a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of 50+ engineers and architects spanning multiple regions, working together on a broad range of projects across our advanced platform. Job Description

Most engineers work across the entire stack, although many have expertise with particular technologies and domains. We deploy to production often and have full ownership of releases and the tools we use.

What you’ll work on

• Contribute to the design and implementation of customer‑specific solutions, components, and infrastructure in collaboration with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and globally distributed engineering teams.
• Review solution and infrastructure designs to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and adherence to best practices, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and performance.
• Integrate and ingest large customer data sets into core products and platforms, developing automation and ingestion capabilities to transform customer‑specific data and metadata.
• Develop integrations and bespoke solutions that enable customers to connect, migrate, transform, and exchange data between systems.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines, including environment provisioning, release management, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Support testing, validation, installation, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and enhance tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and operational consistency.
• Create, maintain, and support customer implementations, ensuring solutions are properly documented and operationally sustainable.
• Engage directly with customers, participating in workshops and technical discussions throughout the full lifecycle of an engagement.
• Collaborate with global support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing third‑line support and operational expertise.
