Job summary

Kinly is seeking an AV Event Technician to support on-site operations at our London headquarters (Moorgate/Bank region). The role covers full AV and VC technical support across all event spaces, reporting to the Technical Event Manager.

You will run events, ensure testing, and collaborate with Event Managers to deliver high-quality experiences. The successful candidate will have proven AV event experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and

Qualifications

Proven experience in an AV Event Technician role.
Solid knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing technologies.
Background in a corporate AV event support environment.
Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise at all levels.

Responsibilities

Run AV events, including pre-event testing of audio and wireless microphones.
Work with Event Managers to develop best practices and team training.
Provide show-call support during events and liaise with clients for large events.
Attend pre-production meetings for scheduled events and support global production events.
Own the event experience for hosts and attendees and escalate issues as needed.
Produce event reports highlighting space usage and improvements.
