Job summary

Kinly is seeking an experienced AV Event Technician to join the team at our London headquarters. The role involves providing full AV and VC technical support across event spaces on site, with a focus on delivering seamless experiences for clients and attendees.

You will work closely with Event Managers, run AV events, perform pre-event checks, and help train the team. This is a full-time on-site position based in London, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as AV Event Technician.
• Solid knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing tech.
• Background in corporate AV event support.
• Strong communication skills for liaising at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Run AV events and perform pre-event testing.
• Collaborate with Event Managers to develop best practices and training.
• Provide show-calling during events and liaise with clients for large events.
• Attend pre-production meetings for scheduled events.
• Support global production events and own the event experience for hosts.
• Escalate issues and suggest improvements to operations.
• Produce event reports highlighting space usage and activity.
• Assist with video/audio conferencing issues and troubleshoot faults.
