Encore is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Uxbridge, UK (UB8) to manage paperwork, coordinate transportation and deliveries for outgoing shipments, and perform administrative tasks. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor depending on location.

Key responsibilities include fleet management, order processing, and coordinating transportation while maintaining health and safety with PPE. A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast-paced warehouse distribution office environment.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High degree of commitment to service excellence.

Aufgaben

• Fleet Management (subject to local warehouse structure): Monitor routing to prioritise on-time delivery/pickup; review delivery/pickup services; monitor vehicle maintenance for assigned location.
• Order Processing & System Maintenance: Process Encore configuration hotel equipment sales orders and schedule for shipment; create manual sales orders; close out daily orders in the WMS.
• Transportation: Coordinate dispatch and return of equipment; ensure subcontracted trucking companies meet standards; organize delivery and collection of dry hires.
• Administration: Handle invoicing procedures; assist with transportation claims; manage warehouse consumables paperwork.
