Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Uxbridge. You will support warehouse operations, assist with shipping/receiving, inventory control, and equipment readiness to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound processing, basic QC, loading/unloading, and safety compliance; prior RF/WMS and forklift experience are valued, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
• Strong communication with team members and customers.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Order Processing: receive, ship, label, pick, and pack orders for delivery.
• Perform basic QC and inventory control of equipment.
• Clean, test, maintain, and repair equipment before delivery.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks.
• Fault find and arrange repairs to minimize downtime.
• Notify supervisor of defective equipment and schedule maintenance.
