Simon Acres Group is seeking a proactive Transport Supervisor to join its West Lothian operation. The role focuses on coordinating drivers, managing transport administration and ensuring daily deliveries run smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have experience in transport coordination or fleet operations, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers stability within a growing business.

• Experience in transport coordination, logistics or fleet operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Proactive approach to resolving operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations.
• Manage daily run sheets, vehicle dispatch and driver communications.
• Prepare and coordinate driver packs, vehicle keys and fuel cards.
• Ensure transport documentation and admin processes are completed accurately.
• Monitor vehicle movements, operations and delivery compliance.
• Support site security and ensure procedures are followed.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding stock, returns and refunds.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and maintain cross-department communication.
• Maintain accurate records to support the transport function.
