Job summary

Remarkable Jobs are hiring on behalf of an established international organisation in Slough for a Transport & Logistics Administrator to join their busy operation. This is a full-time, on-site role with 40 hours per week, offering £30,000–£33,000 and benefits including private health insurance, pension, life insurance and an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, proactive and detail-focused.
• Experience in administration, coordination or logistics.
• Confident communicator with multiple teams and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and utilisation of vehicles across regional depots.
• Maintain driver compliance and vehicle maintenance records.
• Book agency drivers and liaise with drivers, depots and internal teams.
• Arrange travel and accommodation when required.
• Maintain records across transport and job management systems.
• Monitor costs such as leasing, agency, travel and fuel.
• Produce regular updates and reports for the team.
• Identify opportunities to reduce transport costs.
• Support invoice reconciliation.
