Job summary

Get Recruited group is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager / Site Operations Manager to own and transform a UK site. You will lead an established operations team, assess current processes and implement standards, structure and discipline to support rapid growth.

You will drive CI initiatives, improve OTIF, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency while embedding strong leadership across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Manager or Site Manager role leading warehouse/logistics operations.
• Proven track record of leading change and delivering KPI improvements (OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost, safety).
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance and ongoing development of the logistics operation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, structures and practices.
• Lead site transformation and CI projects delivering measurable improvements.
• Introduce operational disciplines around KPIs, daily management, performance reviews and accountability.
• Develop leadership capability by coaching managers and supervisors.
