Life as a Logistics Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as Logistics Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

At heart, you’re a people person and, whilst you may set expectations high, you love to nurture those around you. You have a talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Being a successful Team Leader in the branch is about using your customer service know-how, your talent for motivating others, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to align your team. Knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment may be useful, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, but what matters most is your drive and personality.
