Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You’re a people person who sets high expectations and nurtures those around you. You will create productive, engaged teams that work together efficiently. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you will inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; personality and drive are more important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance to bring a fresh approach to the role.
