Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person who sets high expectations and nurtures those around you. You will create productive, engaged teams working together to achieve goals. With your Customer Delivery Agents, you will inspire the team and manage fleet allocation to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, motivation ability, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is beneficial, but your personality and drive are most important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance for you to bring a fresh approach.
