Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be. As Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilization of the fleet at your site, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers, just when they need them.

Being a successful Team Leader involves using your customer service expertise, talent for motivating others, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to align your team. Knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environments may be useful, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, but what matters most is the drive and personality you bring to the role.
