Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team. You will create productive, engaged teams working together efficiently. You will inspire your team and manage fleet allocation to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is beneficial, but personality and drive are more important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance for you to bring a fresh approach.
