Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

You are a people person who sets high expectations and loves to nurture those around you. You have a talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together efficiently. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role relies on your customer service expertise, ability to motivate others, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics may be useful, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, but your personality and drive are most important.
